The deadline for the registration is November 11th.
The procedure is as follows:
- Submit an abstract following the instructions given here. Wait until the acceptance of your contribution before proceeding to the following step. (Invited speakers should skip the abstract submission.)
- Make sure you include in your message:
- your full name,
- your arrival and departure dates,
- the type of room of your choice (single, double, triple),
- any alimentary requirements that may apply to you,
- your credit card information for the payment: card type (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, etc), card number, expiration date and security code.
The payment is only available by credit card. The hotel will deliver a scanned invoice once the payment is verified. The original invoice can be requested upon arrival at the hotel.
The registration fees are the following:

The fee includes attendance at the workshop, hotel accommodation from Sunday afternoon to Friday morning, breakfasts, coffee-breaks, most meals, and Thursday's conference dinner. Sunday dinner will be substituted by a reception cocktail. Only Wednesday dinner is not comprised (free day), a group dinner at a barbecue restaurant will be proposed instead.
