Abstract: Superconducting GdBa2CU3O7 thin films were grown by dc magnetron sputtering on Y1-xPrxBa2CU3O7 superconducting bulk single crystals. We optimized the in plane lattice matching with the Pr concentration. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and electrical transport experiments.
